CHICKEN POT PIE


At home, we love quiches and savory pancakes and on the weekends when there's not much left in my fridge, I immediately think of a delicious chicken pie that's easy to make and quick, especially if you have shortbreads ready. use.


+To prepare 50 cl of bechamel:

° salt
° 50 gm butter
° 200gm shortbread
° 3 sprinkles of salt
° 3 pepper sprays
° pure flour
° 60 grams flour
° 1⁄2 liter milk
Nutmeg
° 500 gm chicken or turkey cutlet
° 50 gm butter
° 100 grams onion
° 200g cream
° 100g grated Gruyere

* Preparation:

Step 1
