Chicken salad croissant


This little croissant filled with crunchy chicken salad and fruits is so elegant and delicious.


* Ingredients :

° 1 whole chicken (2-3 lbs.)
° 4 tablespoons. olive oil spoon
° 1 c. salt
° 1/2 tsp. pepper
° 3/4 cup mayonnaise
° 2 tbsp. fresh dill chopped
° 1 cup sliced ​​red grapes
° 1 small can orange and orange slices, drained
° 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
° 24 mini croissants

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease the chicken with olive oil. Salt and Pepper. Wrap in tin foil and bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, or until chicken's internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Take the chicken out of the oven. Let it cool, bone and chop the meat.
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken with mayonnaise and dill. Gently add the fruits and sunflower seeds. Spread this mixture inside the croissant. Cover and put in the fridge until ready to serve.
