Old Fashioned Custard Pie


It's a light, simple and fast custard.

* Ingredients for 4 people

° 1 pure butter or puff pastry dough
° 1/2 liter milk
° 150 to 200 grams brown sugar (brown sugar)
° 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
° 5 tablespoons flour
° 2 whole eggs
° 3 egg yolks

* Preparation

Leave the milk and eggs at room temperature. Heat oven to 180 ° C.
Spread the dough on the pie plate and prick it with a fork. Add dried beans and cook until light brown.
3 In a saucepan, heat the milk very slowly, remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla sugar.
4 Add all the eggs and the beaten yolk well, mix well, then sift the flour.
5 Pour out the dough and cook for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the oven. Check for ripeness from time to time.
