BEST Mashed Potatoes

* Ingredients :

°1 kg of potatoes (soft and assorted meat for mash)
°20 cl of milk
°Nutmeg
°fresh cream

* Preparation : 

Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.

The second step
Cook them in plenty of salted water until the tip of a knife easily enters the meat.

Step 3
Then pass them through a vegetable grinder.

Step 4
Add milk to thin to desired consistency, fresh cream for smoothness and a pinch of grated nutmeg.

Step 5
Adjust the seasoning and serve hot.
