Boiled corn on the cob

We love it, and we tend to get bored of eating "regular" corn after eating it all summer.

* Ingredients

°4 large corn kernels, peeled
°6 tablespoons soft butter
°1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
°2 teaspoons chili powder
°1 teaspoon garlic salt
°1 teaspoon ground cumin

* Preparation

In a small bowl, mix together butter, parsley, chili powder, garlic salt, and cumin. Put aside.
In a saucepan of boiling water, add 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, add the corn, and let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes without a lid. Remove from heat, cover and leave for 15 minutes, then remove from hot water and brush the corn with the seasoned butter.
