Banana Cream Pie

Cloud tart with banana cream can be eaten right away!


°1 refrigerated puff pastry dough
°1 mix banana pudding
°2 cups of milk
°3 c unsweetened whip cream
°2 bananas cut into small pieces

* Methods :

1/ Preheat the oven to 230°C.
2/ Put the pie dough in a round mould. Poke holes in bottom of dough with  fork.

3/ Bake the dough for 10-12 minutes.
4/ In a bowl, mix the pudding mixture with the milk. Whisk vigorously until the consistency becomes thick.

5/ Add 2 cups of whipped cream and mix.
6/ Once the pie dough has cooled well after cooking, cover the bottom of the pie with slices of banana.

7 / Cover the banana slices with the whipped cream and pudding mixture. Leave it to cool for 3 hours

8 / Add a new layer of whipped cream (with the remaining cup of whipped cream), then decorate the face again with banana slices.

There you go, the banana cream pie is ready! Taste good!
