Pizza is made in the USA in a very precise order to respect the filling elements.

°1 c. c. sugar
°2 sachets of dry baker's yeast
°24 cl of water
°500 grams of flour
°3 tbsp. in s. Tomato paste
°600 gm mozzarella cheese
°200 grams of bacon
°4 garlic cloves
°2 onions
°1 c. in s. spices
°0.5 tsp. in s. basil
°2 cans peeled and mashed tomatoes


Pour the flour into a bowl. Make a well. In  bowl, blend water with yeast & sugar. Pour this mix into the center of flour also mix. Leave to rise for an hour under the lid.
Grate 400 g of mozzarella cheese and store in a bowl. Cutting rest to thin tranches. Pass the bacon into a dry skillet, reserving the bacon, being careful to dry it out.
In a saucepan, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add finely chopped onions, crushed garlic and sweat. Adding tomato puree also tomato puree.
Roll out the pizza dough with a rolling pin and arrange on a long pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 ° C.
Remove from the oven, arrange the mozzarella slices, add the bacon pieces, then add the grated mozzarella. Adding herbs to skillet, mix, also pour on pizza. Sprinkling with grate Parmesan cheese. Baking for 30 min in oven.
