Meatball Casserole

*ingredients :

°1 kg of minced meat
°150 grams onion
°2 garlic cloves
°2 c. chopped parsley
°0.5 c. ground cumin
°40 g unsalted butter
°Salt and pepper to taste

* instructions :
Peel onions and chop coarsely.
Peel and chop garlic.
Mix ground beef, mince onion, mince garlic, mince parsley also ground cumin in  bowl. Add a little salt and pepper.
Use your hands, form 10 to 12 balls of preparation. Placing meatballs as you go on plate.
Heat the softened butter and olive oil in a casserole dish.
Put the meatballs inside and cook for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring regularly.
Serve the meatballs directly with white rice or semolina .
