Ribeye-steak-recipe




*ingredients:

°4 sirloin steaks with Herbes de Provence Tender & More
°4 large onions
°25 cl of blond beer
°40 grams butter
°10 tablespoons olive oil
°800 grams of potatoes (Charlotte)
°3 garlic cloves
°salt
°pepper

* Preparing the recipe:

Peel the onion and cut it into 2. Then cut each half into thin slices.
In a large skillet, melt the butter and add the onions.
Cook without coloring.
Light salt and pepper. Pour to beer & simmer to evaporated.
Remove the onions from the pan and set them aside.
In same pan, pour & heat 2 tsp oil.
Place the sirloin and sear to desired doneness.
Season and keep warm under a sheet of aluminum foil.
Peel and wash the potatoes.
Grate them softly.
Peel, peel and crush garlic.
Mix garlic with potatoes. Divide the lotion into eight equal parts to get 8 pieces.
Heat the remaining oil and cook the potato pancakes in it.
Let them brown for 5 minutes over high heat on each side.
Serve sirloin with onion and potato.
