Cleaning strawberries also cutting them 1/4 inch thick; Sit apart. You want to do this first because cream cheese mixture will begin to thick quickly once it's blended .

mix cream cheese also sweetened condensed milk in  bowl also beat with an electric mixer to smooth / creamy. Add the pudding mixtures and milk and continue to mix over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken. Fold in 2 cups of cold whisk until smooth.
Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers. Arrange a single layer of strawberry slices on top of the cream cheese mixture. Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the strawberries and then cover with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Pour the cream cheese mixture with another layer of strawberries. Cover and put in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours.
When you're ready to serve, if the strawberries are removing a little moisture after sitting in the fridge all day, soak them with a clean paper towel before top with graham cracker crumbs and a cool whisk, then top with cold mixture.     Crush remaining graham crackers and sprinkle crumbs on a cool whip.

Enjoy !
