Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers. Arrange a single layer of strawberry slices on top of the cream cheese mixture. Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the strawberries and then cover with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Pour the cream cheese mixture with another layer of strawberries. Cover and put in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours.
When you're ready to serve, if the strawberries are removing a little moisture after sitting in the fridge all day, soak them with a clean paper towel before top with graham cracker crumbs and a cool whisk, then top with cold mixture.     Crush remaining graham crackers and sprinkle crumbs on a cool whip.
