*Ingredients for
°200g dark baking chocolate
°70g Flour
°140g Butter
°100g Sugar
°3 eggs
°2 bananas
*Preparation steps
Preheat oven 180°C (th. 6). Breaking chocolate to pieces and melt them with the butter in bain-marie or in the microwave.
Breaking eggs on bowl also whisk them with sugar. Adding flour & mix well. Peeled bananas, cut them to pieces and adding them to the preparation.
Pour batter to a square or rectangular mould, putting in oven and cooking for 20 to 25 minutes. Leave to cool before eat.
Tip: Add 50g coarsely chopped walnut kernels.
