*Ingredients :
°1 tablespoon of salt
°1 cup (250 mL) penne pasta
°1 lb shrimp
°2 t Cajun spices
°1 t olive oil
°1 t butter
°1 cup (250 ml) cooking or traditional cream (35%)
°1/2 c Parmesan cheese
* Methods :
Adding salt to pot of water and cooking pasta al dente accorde to pack directions. Before drain, reserve at least 1/2 c cooking water. Drain pasta & set apart. In bowl, blend shrimp with oil & Cajun spices. Adding butter to saucepan & heat on high heat. Adding prawns and cook. Transfering shrimp to a clean plate. Reduce to heat. Adding cream and scrape sides of pan well. Allow cream to bubble, & reduce heat to low also adding Parmesan. Leave to melting, then adding pasta & the prawns. Adding cooking water to the sauce. & that's Serving hot.
