*Funnel-Cake*




*Ingredients:

°1 egg
°180ml whole milk
°2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
°1 1/8 cup flour
°1/8 cup sugar
°½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
°1 pinch of salt
°Sugar for decoration
°Frying oil

*Methods :

In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and sugar. Stir with a fork to incorporate the dry ingredients.
Add egg, milk, vanilla extract and sunflower oil.

Continue beating until the mixture is smooth and without lumps.
Put the cream in a piping bag.

In a frying pan, heat a little oil, it is recommended not to put too much, because the strips of dough must rest at the bottom of the pan.
With the pastry bag, make a kind of grid by dropping the dough and moving the bag. Be careful when pouring the batter as the oil may jump out.

Fry it with the flame of the stove not too high and be sure to brown it on both sides for several minutes.

When it's ready, take it out and let it rest on a plate lined with paper towel. To serve, first sprinkle with powdered sugar.
