Mini Cherry Cheese Danishes


°1 Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
°flour, just for dusting
°4 ounces of soft cream cheese
°⅓ cup sugar
°vanilla splash
°1 box cherry pie filling
°⅓ cup powdered sugar
°2 tbsp. Milk


Open the container of rolls and do not unroll them. Use a sharp, serrated knife to cut them like slicing/baking cookies. Make 10 slices.
Placing slice on a baking sheet lined with paper.
Using measuring cup to flatten every roll and build  wall around the edge.
Use a drop of flour to avoid sticking and also press down with your fingertips.
Power blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Putting amount in every "danish".
Add a tsp of cherries.
Baking at 350 for 18-20 mn.
Leave to cool and add a drizzle of frosting.
Mix the milk and sugar and drizzle over the danishes. Can use a piping bag, if desired.
