Peach Cobbler Pancakes!!



*Ingredients:

+ To prepare the cake:
1 1/4 c flour
1 1/2 tons of baking powder
1/2 ton of salt
° 2/3 c sugar
1 cup chopped fresh (or canned) peaches
1/2 cup full fat milk
° 1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
+ to top streusel:
° 1/6 c flour
3 teaspoons of white sugar
° 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
° 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
  ° 4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter

* directione:

+ To prepare the cake:
1- Preheat the oven to 350°F, also prepare a muffin tin with 12 muffins.
2- Add the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar to the bowl and whisk.
3- Adding peaches and stir well to covered.
4- Adding milk, eggs also oil and stirring with a rubber spatula until the flour disappears.
5- divided mixture evenly to muffin cups (3/4 full).
To take first place:
1 - Mixing flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder in a small bowl and stir.
2- Adding cold butter in pieces and cut it with your fingers into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
3 - Top the cake with a spoonful of streusel.
4- Baking 350 degrees F for 20 min
