*SlowCooker Teriyaki Chicken*


°2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
°1/4 cup brown sugar
°½ cup soy sauce
°2 tablespoons cider vinegar
°½ teaspoon ground ginger
°1 minced garlic clove
°⅛ teaspoon pepper
°2 teaspoons cornstarch
°2 teaspoons of water

*Methods :

Placing chicken in slow cooker.
In  bowl, combine sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic also pepper. Pour over the chicken and cook over low heat for 4-5 hours.
Remove chicken from slow cooker, cut into cubes and set aside.
Pour the cooking liquid into a pan and bring to a boil.
In  bowl, whisking cornstarch and water to mixed.
Slowly add cornstarch mixture to boiling liquid and reduce heat to low. Allow the sauce to thicken for 2-3 minutes, then return the chicken to it.
Covering chicken with sauce and allow to heat through.
