Soft Rolls

* Ingredients : 

°5 cups cake flour
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1 tablespoon of sugar
°1 packet of yeast (10g)
°1 cup boiling water
°1 cup lukewarm milk
°1/2 cup oil

Combine wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Knead the dough 7-8min. Let rise twice in volume (about 1 hour).
Knead the dough. Form small balls (12-14) then line a baking dish with parchment paper or grease the dish with margarine/butter. Leave to rise for 15 mins.
Preheat the oven and bake the buns for 16-18 min. Brush rolls with butter/margarine while still warm.
