° 2 1/2 lbs boneless, chicken breast
° salt & pepper
° 1 c cornstarch
° 3 eggs lightly beaten
° 1/4 cup vegetable oil
° 1 cup sugar
° 6 tablespoons ketchup
° 3/4 ​​c apple vinegar cider
° 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
° 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder


 Cutting chicken to small pieces. Seasoning with salt & pepper.
 Preheat oven to 325ºF.
 Putting cornstarch in  bowl. Putting eggs in bowl. Placing oil in  skillet and heat on medium-high heat. Working in batches, dredge chicken in cornstarch, then dip in egg. Adding to hot oil & brown on all sides. You don't need to cooking chicken, just brown outside about crispy exterior. Transfering chicken to  9*13 inch baking dish also keep with the rest chicken.
 In bowl, blending sugar, ketchup, cider vinegar, soy sauce & garlic powder. Pour sauce on top of the chicken.
 Cooking chicken for 1 h, stir every 15 mn. Serving on prepared rice
