CAJUN SHRIMP CHICKEN & STEAK ALFREDO PASTA


*INGREDIENTS
+STEAK:
°1 pound. steak, (you may use Ribeye or Sirloin) °
°½ cup + 1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil
°¼ cup soy sauce
°¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
°1 tablespoon garlic powder
°1 cup Cajun seasoning
°1 cup warm sauce
°1 t of brown sugar
° 1 t floor black pepper
°2 tsp butter
°2 garlic cloves
to⅛ - ¼ tsp.  beaten purple pepper flakes (optional)
+PASTA:
°½ teaspoon of salt
°1 tablespoon of olive oil
°1 pound. Penne
+CHICKEN:
°1 and ½ teaspoon of olive oil
°Salt,
°Pepper
°½ - 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
+ SHRIMPS:
°10 oz. shelled and shrimp (if frozen, thawed)
°1 tsp olive oil
°1 tsp Cajun seasoning
°Pinch of salt
° A pinch of floor black pepper
+ALFRED SAUCE:
°½ c unsalted butter
°4oz. cream cheese, gentle at room temperature
°2 c (1 pint) heavy cream
°1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
°½ tsp salt, or to taste
°½ teaspoon of sparkling black pepper,
°1 and ½ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
*INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE STEAK MARINADE:
Place the steak portions in a ziploc bag. Put aside.
Combine ½ cup greater virgin olive oil, soy sauce, gravy, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, warm sauce, brown sugar, and floor black pepper in a bowl.
Pour the marinade into the ziploc bag, protecting the meat.
FOR THE PASTA:
Fill  saucepan with water & upload ½ tsp of salt and 1 tp of olive oil. Bring to a boil.
Add pasta to boiling water and prepare dinner dinner in keeping with package deal directions.
FOR THE CHICKEN:
