CHEESY GROUND BEEF RICE CASSEROLE



*Ingredients

°1 lb ground beef.
°2 onions, diced.
°2 tbsp. garlic powder.
°1 small can of tomato sauce.
°1 cup cooked rice.
°1 c chicken broth.
°1 c sour cream.
°2 c  grated cheese.
°Salt, pepper & oregano.
°1 c froz peas. 

* Methods : 

Taking skillet, spray it with cooking spray, then turn it on high. Add onions, sauté for a few minutes.
Adding garlic & ground beef, brown it.
When done, turning heat down to levels, & season with pepper, salt also  oregano
Putting in peas, rice, tomato sauce, a c cheese and broth, simmer for three minutes, making sure everything is blended well so that it combines.
Taking mix and put it in a saucepan. Placing it in the oven.
Baking at about 250 for 15 minutes .
From there scoop it out, then taking sour cream & cheese, putting them in a bowl, whisk them together to fully mixed and create an even texture.
Taking it and pour it on top of casserole, cooking everything for at least 15 mn or more, to cheese melts & it begin to bubble.
Taking it out, placing it on a serving plate &
