Chocolate Delight


°1 jar of 16 oz Cool-Whip
°1 package 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
°1 cup powdered sugar
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°1 package 5.9 oz instant chocolate pudding
°1 package 5.9 oz instant vanilla pudding
°4 cups of milk
°1 1/2 cup Teddy Grahams Chocolate
°3/4 cup chopped walnuts
°1 stick of butter


Preheat oven to 350*
Combine 1 1/4 cup gram teddies and 1/2 cup walnuts in a food processor, combine in a bowl with 1 stick of melted butter. Form a crust in the bottom of a 9" × 13" casserole dish. COOK 15 minutes until set. Meanwhile, combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, half a tub of Cool-Whip and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Blend until smooth.
Spreading cream cheese mix on cooled crust.
Combine the two packages of pudding and the milk, mixing until thickened. Layer on top of cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining Cool-Whip, then sprinkle crushed Teddy Grahams and chopped walnuts on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or 6 hours!
