Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

* Ingredients :

• 32 medium-sized white button mushrooms
• 1 tablespoon of oil
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
• 1/4 tsp. dried basil
• 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
• 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup cream
• 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
• 1 can (four oz) crabmeat
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/four cup parmesan cheese, grated
• sparkling parsley, to garnish (optional)
For 6 to eight people
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking sheet. Put aside.
2. Using a moist paper towel, lightly wipe the mushrooms dry. Remove the stem and slices from the mushrooms and finely chop the stems and slices.
3. Over medium heat, upload oil to a sauté pan. Once the pan is hot, upload the diced onion, minced garlic and finely chopped mushroom stems and slices. Sauté for two mins and do away with from heat.
four. Stir in oregano, basil, thyme, cream cheese, bitter cream, Mozzarella cheese and crabmeat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Pour the combination into every mushroom cap.
6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over every crammed mushroom and bake for half-hour or till golden.
7. Remove from oven and serve. Garnish with sparkling parsley (optional)
