Cream puffs

* Ingredients :

°1 8-ounce cream cheese (softened),
°1 box instant vanilla pudding
°1 cup heavy cream
°1 cup of milk.

Beat the cream cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth, light and creamy. Add pudding mix and milk and stir over low heat until incorporated, then stir over medium heat until thickened. Enjoy ladies. These are actually my cream puffs shown.

°1 cup of water
°1/2 cup butter
°1 cup flour
°1/4 tsp salt
°1/2 teaspoon of sugar
°4 eggs

Over medium heat, melt the butter in the water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Immediately add the flour, salt and sugar, whisk with a wooden spoon. Add one egg at a time to incorporate it well into the batter. Place a cookie scoop on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack then fill with the pastry cream mixture I posted earlier and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
