°2 lbs ground beef
°1 small onion, diced
°1 bell pepper, diced
°2 garlic cloves, minced
°24 ounces beef broth
°28 oz diced or crushed tomatoes
°2 packets taco seasoning
°4 ounces of salsa
°4 oz softened cream cheese
°1 tsp heavy cream
°2 cups cheddar cheese
Sauté ground beef, onion also bell pepper on medium heat to meat is cook.
Adding garlic cloves, beef broth, tomatoes, salsa also taco season Set Instant Pot to high pressure, 2 min. After cook cycle is complete, allow pressure to release naturally.
Slowly adding softened cream cheese, heavy cream also cheddar cheese to pan. Stirring to cheeses are melt and soup is mixed.

You can also make it a slow cooker after browning the beef!
