*Ingredients
° eight oz. cream cheese
° four cups frozen shredded hash browns
° 1 pound breakfast sausage
° 1 ½ c Bisquick
° 1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese
*Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 400*
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
SECOND STEP:
In a blending bowl, integrate the sausage, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, hash browns and bisquick.
Stir till properly blended
THIRD STEP:
Using a spoon or your hands, make balls approximately 1 ½ inches, place them on a baking sheet
Bake for 20 to twenty-five mins or till cooked through.
