CROCKPOT BEEFY POTATO TACO CASSEROLE



*Ingredients:

°1 lb ground beef
°2 minced garlic cloves
°1 oz packet taco seasoning
°10.5 oz cheese soup
°4 c sliced ​​potatoes
°2 c grated cheddar cheese
°1 c beef broth

* Methods :

Browning your beef with garlic & drain it
Placing your potato slices in bottom of  greased 6 quart slow cooker
Spreading ground beef eqully on your potatoes
Sprinkling taco seasoning on everything
Pour your soup equally on the top
Sprinkle your cheese evenly on top of everything
Pour your beef broth equally around slow cooker
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-2.5 hours
If desire and using an ovenproof pot, placing in broiler on high for 90 sec to brown the cheese on top
Letting cool 10 to 15 mn before serve.
