Delicious Chicken Pot Pie


°1 cup potato, diced
°1 cup onion, diced
°1 cup celery, diced
°1 cup carrots, diced
°1/3 cup melted margarine
°half of c flour
°2 cups of broth chicken
°1 cup 1\/2 and 1\/2
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1/four teaspoon pepper
° four cups chicken, cook and chop
°2 pie crusts (save sold or your very own recipe)

Preheat oven to 400°F. Brown the onion, celery, carrots and potatoes withinside the margarine for 10 mins.
Add flour to sautéed mixture, stirring well, cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Mix broth and 1\/2 and 1\/2. stirring into vegetable mix.
Cooking on medium heat, stir constantly, till thickened & bubbly.
Stir in salt and pepper; upload the chicken and stir well.
Pour right into a shallow 2-quart casserole dish and topping with pie crusts.
Bake for 30 to forty mins or till the crust is golden and flaky.
