Egg Roll Stir Fry


°1 lbs lean beef
°1 head of cabbage
°three-four medium carrots, shredded
°1/four onion chopped finely
°1 teaspoon ginger
°three garlic cloves, minced
°2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
°1 Tablespoon sesame oil
 °1/4 c sodium soy sauce
°2 tsp rice vinegar
°Black Pepper to taste.


In a skillet over a medium excessive heat, cook the beef & onion till the beef is absolutely cooked and the onion will become translucent. Drain off any access fat.  To the skillet upload withinside the cabbage and carrots. Cooking five minutes, stir often.
In a small bowl, blend collectively the ginger, garlic, vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar. Add combination to the skillet and cook for every other 7-10 minutes. Enjoy!
