*Ingredients :

°1 lb pack northern dry beans
°ham bones,or diced ham (about 1 pound)
°2 tsp powder onion
°6 c of water
°salt & pepper to taste

Rinse & sort beans about pebbles. Adding rinsed beans, onion powder, salt, pepper & ham to slow cooker. Adding water. Covering & cooking on low heat for about 8 h, to the beans are tender. Removing ham bone, hocks or shanks also removing meat. Adding meat to slow cooker & mix.
