*HARVEST CARAMEL CORN*



*Ingredients:

°10 c popcorn
°Salt
°1 c butter (salt sweet cream)
°1 c light brown sugar
°2 tbsp. Vanilla
°1/2 tsp. Baking soda
°Mini Rolos or Regular Rolos

*Instructions:

Make popcorn. Salt popcorn and set apart.
Melt 1 cup butter in a saucepan on heat.
Add 1 cup brown sugar and stir until well blended.
Stirring constantly, bring the butter and sugar mixture to a boil.
When boiling, cook for 5 minutes without stirring. Add the 2 tbsp. vanilla at the 4 minute mark and stir to combine. Continue boiling for an additional minute, then add the 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
Drizzle 3/4 of caramel mixture on popcorn. Use a spoon to gently fold the popcorn with the mixture until the kernels are all coated. Reserve 1/4 of the mixture aside.
Pour the popcorn onto a cookie sheet lined with foil or a silpat liner.
Drizzling  rest caramel mix on caramel corn also immediately sprinkling M&Ms and Mini Rolo's over the areas with the drizzled caramel mixture.
Letting popcorn cool.
