°2 tablespoons butter I use salted
°2 tablespoons of honey
°1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
°2 ounces cream cheese cut into pieces
°1/4 tsp salt
°1/4 teaspoon black pepper


In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey. Time melt, adding frozen corn & cooking for 5-8 min, stir occasionally, until cook through.
Adding cream cheese, salt also pepper. Mix and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately. Leftovers keeping well, cover in a container also stored in fridge.
The recipe has 6 side servings and the nutritional values ​​are for 6 servings, but if you are feeding young children you can probably get closer to 8 servings from this recipe.  
I love using golden and white corn for this recipe, but any frozen corn will work. Make sure it is the 1 lb (16 oz) bag of frozen corn.
