One Skillet Cabbage Roll Casserole With Beef


° ½ Cabbage, grated
° 1 lb ground beef
° ½ cup rice, uncooked
° ½ Large white onion, chopped
° 15 oz. tomato sauce
° 15 oz. Beef broth
° 2 tbsp. minced garlic
° Salt/pepper to taste


First step:
Preheat to 350F degrees.
Begin  by brown the beef in a skillet on medium-high heat. Just before remove the beef from the pan, adding garlic to beef. Draining beef.
Second step:
Combine sauce, cabbage, onion, salt and pepper, and rice in a large bowl. Stirring beef to cabbage mix.
Third step:
Start layering your mixture of cabbage, beef, and. cheese in a 9x9 pan.
Using aluminum foil, cover the pan and dish. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
Step Four:
After an hour, remove the dish. Stir and be sure to re-cover with foil before returning to the oven.
Let the dish cook again for 15-30 minutes.
