°1 finely chopped yellow onion
°1 chopped pepper
°½ teaspoon of salt
°1 tablespoon cornstarch
°1 cup beef broth
°¼ cup A-1 steak sauce
°1 teaspoon steak seasoning
°sliced provolone cheese
°hamburger buns, sliders, etc.

*Instructions

In a skillet over medium-excessive warmth, cook and crumble the beef, onion, pepper and salt till the red meat is now not pink. Drain.
Stir cornstarch into floor red meat and stir till meat is covered in cornstarch. Add red meat broth, A-1 sauce and steak seasoning. Mix and convey to a boil.
Once boiling, lessen warmth to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 mins. The combination must thicken and could thicken once more off the warmth.
While the beef simmers, flip the oven to broil and area the buns on a cookie sheet. Butter every loaf. Grill for a few minutes only. Watch cautiously as they are able to effortlessly burn.
When the beef is cooked, use a slotted spoon to area it on every backside bun. Place a slice of provolone cheese at the top bun. Grill for some extra mins till the cheese is melted.
Place top bun with cheese on backside bun with philly cheesesteak meat.
