*Pot Roast * 💕




*INGREDIENTS :

A good cut of chuck of beef for the roast itself; This recipe calls for about 2 x 2.5 pound chucks, but I usually only make one 2-3 pound piece. Make sure it's marbled and high in fat. The better the cut, the more delicious the roast.
°1 packet of dry vinaigrette – Italian
°1 packet of dry vinaigrette – Ranch
°1 packet of dry brown sauce
°½ cup of water

*INSTRUCTIONS :

Toss salad and dressing packets with water, pour over roast and place in slow cooker for 8 hours on low heat.
If you want to thicken the sauce after cooking the roast, add a little flour to a pan with the juice.
