*Potato casserole with cheese & hamburger*


°1 pound ground beef
°1 finely chop onion
°4 pounds potatoes, peel
°Salt / pepper
°8 oz of cheddar cheese, grat (for 2 cups)
°1 can cheese soup, 10.75 oz
°1 can of 12 oz evaporated milk
°1/2 cup of milk
°1/2 tsp salt
°1/4 tsp pepper

*Methods :

Spraying 13*9 baking dish with cook spray & preheat oven 350 degrees.
Adding ground beef also onion to  skillet, seasoning with salt & pepper, & cook to the ground beef is cooked through also crumbled. Drain the fat then set aside.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices (less than 1/4 inch). Add a slice of potato to the bottom of the baking dish.
Top the potatoes with 1/4 of the beef mixture. Topping beef with 1/4 cheese. Repeat this procedure 3 more times.
Blending condensed cheddar soup, evaporated milk, milk, salt & pepper, & whisking to smooth. Pour mix on potato/beef/cheese layers.
Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil then bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove foil, then continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and dish is lightly browned and bubbly.
