°4 cups cold mashed potatoes
°5 slices of bacon
°1/2 teaspoon onion powder
°1/2 teaspoon of salt
°1/2 teaspoon black pepper
°2 eggs well beaten
°1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese


Place bacon in a large, deep skillet, cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and crispy, about 10 minutes.
Remove bacon slices, crumble and set aside. Leave bacon grease in skillet.
Combine mashed potatoes, eggs, onion powder, salt and black pepper in a bowl;
stirring in crumbled bacon also Cheddar cheese.
Shape mixture to 8 patties.
Heat bacon fat over medium heat, sauté patties in fat until crisp on each side, about 4 minutes per side
