* Ingredients:

°1 fully cooked pork (between 4 and 7 pounds)
°1/2 cup sugar
°1/2 cup of honey
°2 tablespoons Dijon or spicy brown mustard
°1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
°2 minced garlic cloves
°1/4 cup water

* Methods :

Place the pork in the basin of the slow cooker.
In  saucepan, mixing brown sugar, honey, mustard, cloves, garlic & water on high heat. Heat until hot enough to dissolve the sugar. Pour the mixture over the pork, taking care to separate the fillets to allow the ice to seep between them.
Covering slow cooker with the lid, or if ham is very large, covering tightly with aluminum foil.
Simmer on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until heated through.
Heat the grill, transfering pork to baking dish and set apart. Pour cooking liquid into a small saucepan. Heat cook liquid on medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes . Brush them over the pork, simmer for 4-5 minutes, then top with add glaze every minute or so.
