*Vegetable beef soup*

* Ingredients :

°1 kg beef shank
°1 onion & three cloves of garlic
°Vegetables: potatoes, carrot, leeks & pumpkin.
°A drizzle of olive oil
°Spices: Salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, powdered or overwhelmed pepper, cinnamon – You are free to place the portions you need, I positioned approximately 1 CC of every spice and a bit greater salt. 

*Methods : 

First, season the meat.

If you need to feature different spices in your meat, do your self a favor!

In your casserole or pot, warmth a drizzle of olive oil and positioned your portions of meat.

Brown them on all sides.

Chop then upload the onions.

Cover with water, near and cook the beef for at the least 1h/1h30.

Meanwhile, put together your vegetables. I used 2 carrots, three potatoes, 1 leek, 1 1/2 of pumpkin.

… and three cloves of garlic!

At the quit of the cooking time of your meat, the water degree of your pot have to have decreased considerably.

Leave again

At this point, upload the garlic, carrots and leeks.

Add sufficient water and cook for 20 minutes.

Then upload the potatoes, the pumpkin and continue cooking for approximately thirty minutes!

Taste and regulate the seasoning if necessary.

Serve hot 😉
