Baked meatball & spaghetti

* Ingredients: 4 people.

° 400 grams of spaghetti
-for balls
° 450g minced beef
° 50 ml of milk
° 1 egg
° 25 gm parmesan cheese
° 25 gm bread crumbs
° 2 cloves of garlic
° 1 onion
° 1 c. chopped parsley
For the sauce:
° 2 cloves of garlic
° 2 tbsp. Tomato paste
° 2 bay leaves
° 1 onion
 ° 1 c. dried seasoning
° 1 large can of peeled tomatoes in juice
° olive oil

Preparing the meatballs:

Peel and chop garlic and onions.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl: eggs, breadcrumbs, meat, garlic, onions, Parmesan cheese and milk. Add salt and pepper.

In a large, high-sided skillet, heat the olive oil. Put the meatballs in it and let it brown for a few minutes on all sides. remove and keep.

Form the balls with your wet hands.

Prepare the sauce:

Peel and chop garlic and onions.

Fry them in a frying pan for 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring. Add the peeled and center tomatoes, oregano, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.

Add a large cup of water, cover and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.

Add meatballs and continue cooking for 30 minutes.

At the end of cooking, cook the spaghetti in a large amount of boiling salted water. Serve on a plate with a scoop of the sauce and meatballs, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
