Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken

You're in a hurry, you have little time to invest in preparing dinner, but you're proud to be the owner of a slow cooker...here's what you need for those nights you don't. You don't want to cook or on evenings when you don't have time to cook because the youngest has karate lessons. This recipe only takes 5 minutes to prepare, and you can schedule the slow cooker to cook while you're at work so it's ready when you arrive!

*Ingredients :

°4 boneless chicken breasts
°1 chopped red pepper
°16 ounces barbecue sauce
°1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple
°3 garlic cloves
°Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
°White rice


Sponge chicken breasts up with an elaborate sponge, then season with salt and pepper.
Put them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add BBQ sauce, pineapple, red pepper and garlic.
Salt and pepper again.
Cover and cook on high power for 2 to 3 hours (for low-intensity cooking, let sit 4 to 6 hours.)
Served with rice and garnished with coriander (optional).
