Farmer's Casserole


°3 cups hash browns, diced
°1 cup grated cheddar cheese
°¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
°¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
°¼ cup chopped green onions
°1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
°6 ounces evaporated milk
°5 large eggs
°½ teaspoon garlic powder
°Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. Place the hash browns in an 8 inch baking dish with the peppers
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese
Adding diced ham and chop green onions
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper
Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and ham and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted.
