Spiral pies with cheese and pumpkin


*Ingredients:
+MUFFIN:
°1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin (pure pumpkin puree)
°2 large eggs
°1/2 cup vegetable oil
°1 3/4 c all-purpose flour
°1 tablespoon vanilla
°1 teaspoon baking soda
°½ cup packed brown sugar
°1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°1 c granulated sugar
+Cream cheese roll:
°1 large egg yolk
°1/4 c granulated sugar
°2 teaspoons vanilla
°8 ounces cream cheese
*Methods :
 Prepare oven & heat it 190°C or 375°F.
Place baking paper on muffin tray.
Add pumpkin spice, salt, flour, and baking soda to a mixing bowl. Whisk until well blended.
In a separate bowl, add brown sugar, pumpkin and sugar. Whisk until blended.
Add vanilla extract, eggs and vegetable oil. Whisk until well blended.
Gradually add the flour mixture and beat each addition until well combined.
Transfer mixture to muffin tins and spread evenly.
Add cream cheese, vanilla extract, sugar, and egg yolks to a mixing bowl. Whisk until well blended.
Add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on top of each muffin. Stir it with a toothpick.
Place the muffins in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let the muffins rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
