* Ingredients :

° pepper
° salt
° 3 cl. olive oil
° 8 basil leaves
° 1 clove garlic
° 100 g. Onion
° 60 g. by Grana Padano
° 600 g. tomatoes
° 320 g. macaroni

* Preparation:

Onions wash, peel and cut into small pieces.
Heat a frying pan with oil on a medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the onion and the unpeeled garlic clove.
Once the onions are golden, add the chopped tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper and cook for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in a saucepan with plenty of salted boiling water.
Drain the pasta (undercooked) and garnish with the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with plenty of Grana Padano D.O.P. & drizzle of extrq-virgin oil-olive.
