°2 lb 80/20 ground chuck
°1/2 cup breadcrumbs
°1 egg
°1/2 cup of milk
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1 teaspoon black pepper
°2 tablespoons dried onion mix
°2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce (I used 1 tbsp too much salt)
°1 tbsp better than beef stock base
°2 medium onions
°2 cups of mushrooms
°4 cups beef broth
°1 tablespoon cornstarch


In a large bowl, add ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, black pepper, dried onion mixture and Worchestershire sauce mixture to form patties your size.
In a large skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of oil and brown the patties for about 5 minutes on each side.
