*Ingredients:
°10 slices of bread
°8 oz cream cheese, soft
°1 carton of strawberries, washed and sliced
°3 eggs
°1 tablespoon of milk
°½ teaspoon of cinnamon
°½ teaspoon of vanilla
*Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Use a rolling pin to roll the bread slices flat, then cut the crust
SECOND STEP:
Place cream cheese and sliced strawberries on one end of bread and roll
THIRD STEP:
In a shallow bowl, combine the eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla
FOURTH STEP:
Dip rolls in egg mixture and fry in butter until golden brown
Serve with syrup, whipped cream, sliced strawberries
