Stuffed chicken breasts are always good! Kids won't be able to resist the cream cheese and broccoli filling!

* Ingredients

+chicken breast
° 4 skinless chicken breasts
° cream cheese
° 180 ml cream cheese
° Broccoli
° 180 ml (3/4 cup) broccoli, small florets, chopped
° fresh tarragon
° 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh tarragon
° marinara sauce
° 250 ml (1 cup) marinara sauce
It also offers:
° 15 ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil
my choice:
° Few fresh basil leaves

* Preparation

Cut the breasts in half crosswise without cutting them completely.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped broccoli florets, and tarragon. Salt and Pepper.
Stuff the breasts with the cheese and broccoli mixture, then close with toothpicks.
In a saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over low-medium heat.
In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Cook the breasts 5 to 6 minutes per side, until the inside of the chicken loses its pink color.
When ready to serve, coat the breasts with the marinara sauce. If desired, sprinkle with basil leaves.
